Group Dinner Reservations

Thank you very much for choosing Urban Brewing for your event.
Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully which will help us ensure that you and your guests enjoy your experience with us.

• Your provisional booking can only be held for one working day (24 hours from the booking form being sent to you).

• Bookings will not be considered as confirmed until a signed copy of the Booking Form and a Deposit has been received by Urban Brewing.

• Final numbers must be confirmed 5 working days prior to the reservation date; if there is a change in your numbers please let us know in advance.

• The food bill will be charged in full for the confirmed number of guests, regardless of attendance.

• For groups over 79 guests, one choice of starter, main, and dessert will need to be pre-selected for the whole group. We will provide a silent vegetarian option and adapted dishes for guests with special dietary requirements confirmed in advance.

• Wines need to be pre selected for all groups over 20 guests.

• Reservations will only be held for 10 minutes after reservation time. We ask all customers to arrive on time so that we may provide you with the best level of service.

• Holding Deposit is €25 per person. Your Deposit will be credited to the final food bill on the day of your event. Deposits are not transferable and they are not refundable 28 days from event date. If your event had to be cancelled by reason of force majeure, your deposit could be used at a later date, providing that Urban Brewing has not incurred any costs related to your reservation.

• A no-show, late cancellation or any reduction in numbers after final confirmation (5 working days before the event) will result in loss of deposit / full charge per person for the menu and drinks confirmed.

• A 12.5% service charge (shared entirely among all the staff, after tax, and on top of wages) will be added to the final bill. You can find our gratuities policy here.

• All accounts must be settled on the day, and we cannot accommodate split or multiple payments.

• Please note that for AMEX payments, a fee of 2.75% of the total payment will be applied, and for non chip and pin card transactions (without physical card), a fee of 3.75% will be applied.
