Urban Brewing | Discover the Unexpected

Urban Brewing is a Brewery, Bar & Restaurant. The core of our concept is a multitude of experiences within a larger experience of sharing, tasting, and experimenting with new flavours all under the same architecturally phenomenal roof. Whether it’s an explorative cocktail evening on our heated semi-covered terrace with your beloved dog. Beers & Tapas at our contemporary bar which boasts over 200 beers and a wide selection of spirits. Or a romantic dinner with wine in our 200-year-old dining vaults formerly known as “Stack A”. There is always a spot waiting for you with a warm smile.

A Taste of Urban Brewing

Our dishes have been carefully crafted using only high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. Offering a fresh and inventive twist to traditional Irish fare, the Chefs bring together flavours from their travels around the world and local seasonal ingredients to create food that talks of a place, recalls a memory, or becomes one. Our tantalizing tastes extend to the Urban Craft Brews that we brew onsite offering a wide range of flavours & stories. We always aim to have at least 6 on rotation which you can sample by ordering one of our tasting trays or alternatively joining one of our weekly brewery tours. View our Menus Here.

Brewery Tours

Our Urban Brewery runs two open weekly tours on Wednesday 5pm & Saturday 3pm where you can immerse yourself in the world of craft beers. Our Brewers will primarily explain how we make our Exclusive Urban Brews, their brewing techniques, recipes & how to perfectly pair and match their brews to food. During these tours, you will get to sample 4 of the Urban Brews that we have been made on site, so they are the freshest they can be. Our brewery tours are the perfect team activity for workmates or alternatively a fun day out with friends and family.

Event Space

Our historical vaults were built in the 1820’s, a space where they used to store tea tobacco & liquor. The layout of the vaults, each separated by centenary brick and stone walls, makes for an unrivalled atmosphere and setting. Therefore, it’s ever so fitting for it be transformed into an exclusive, luxury & atmospheric event space for any corporate event, gala reception, product launch, pairing event, birthdays, wedding, or any event. We can hold intimate small tables, social gatherings, or larger groups of up to 350 people.
