Learn, Grow and Build Your Skills

If you’re interested in beer, you’ll be working in a brewery where new beers are created on-site every week, giving you the opportunity to learn about styles, brewing processes and even get involved in new ideas.
If you’re interested in wine, we offer a large and diverse wine list with hundreds of wines, giving you the chance to build real product knowledge and confidence when working with guests.
Our bar is also a strong part of the experience. We offer a wide range of cocktails, including classic and signature creations, alongside an extensive drinks menu with over 600 options across beer, wine, spirits and cocktails. This creates a great environment to learn, experiment and grow your skills behind the bar.
We place a strong focus on service, always aiming to deliver a high standard and a great experience for every guest. Working here means learning how to manage busy services, work with different types of customers and build confidence in a fast-paced environment.
