Tap 4 Dakota Fire Hole | Basqueland Brewing (Sapin) (8.2%) - Dakota Fire Hole is a hop cloud where Ella and Galaxy release an incandescent stream of passion fruit and kumquat aromas, with hints of fruit gummies and a subtle herbal touch. It is a extremely hazy and pale Double IPA, built on a base of Pilsner, oat, and wheat malts. A recipe designed to concentrate the full essence of hops into a silky, fluffy, and deeply aromatic experience. (b) 1/2 Pint €7.5
Tap 10 Mullaghmore Big* | Basqueland Brewing (Spain) (5.3%) - Modern West Coast IPA. Atlantic. Small in alcohol, big on flavour. Mullaghmore Big lands light, dry and sharp, leaving behind a long trail of ripe pineapple, passion fruit, flowers and that dank edge reminiscent of freshly cut grass. Hot-side Citra opens the way. Amarillo and Nectaron widen it. Cryo finishes things off with a hit perfectly balanced between Emerald and tropical.
