An informal, standing evening of carefully selected bites paired with a wide range of wines from Bodegas Care, Cariñena, Spain, hosted by Pablo Cañete of Bodegas Care.
Pablo will guide guests through the wines, talking about the producer, the region and what makes Cariñena one of Spain's most exciting wine areas right now. All paired with a selection of bites from our kitchen, bringing together the best of Irish and international ingredients alongside the flavours of Spain.
