Join us for an informal, relaxed evening of handpicked bites paired with wines from Bodegas Care, one of Cariñena's most celebrated producers, hosted by Pablo Cañete himself.

An informal standing evening hosted by Pablo Cañete of Bodegas Care, guiding guests through a wide selection of wines from Cariñena, Spain — paired with bites from our kitchen, bringing together Irish and international ingredients alongside the flavours of Spain.

About Bodegas Care
Bodegas Care is a family-owned winery based in Cariñena, one of Spain's oldest and most distinctive wine regions, located in the foothills of the Iberian System in Aragón. Founded in 2000 by two Aragonese families, the winery produces wines exclusively from their own vineyards — old vines planted in limestone-heavy soils at altitude, where hot days and cool nights create wines of real character and freshness.
The name Care comes from the Roman name for Cariñena — "The Beloved Plain" — a nod to the deep connection between the winery, the land and the wines it produces. Known for their expressive Garnacha and Syrah blends, Care wines combine the tradition of one of Spain's most deeply rooted wine regions with a modern, approachable style that has earned them recognition across Europe and beyond.
