Terms & conditions

• Our whiskey and gin tastings are served in a self-guided format, with the drinks placed on an A4 sheet of paper with the drink names and their respective tasting notes.

• Whiskey and gin tastings must be pre-booked and must be booked for a minimum of 10 guests.

• We have an unlimited capacity for self-guided tastings, however our selection of drinks may change depending on stock levels.

• The reservation will not be considered until a full prepayment and signed booking form has been received by Urban Brewing.

• Final numbers can be amended up to 5 working days before the reservation date.

• Any drops in numbers within 5 working days of the reservation will result in a full charge of wine and food for the final numbers confirmed to us.

• Tastings may be allocated in any area of the restaurant and reservations will be held for 10 minutes on the day. We ask guests to arrive on time so that we may provide the best level of service.

• No-shows or late cancellations will result in a loss of the full prepayment of the wine-tasting experience.

• The prices displayed are inclusive of a 12.5% service charge, which is shared entirely amongst the staff on top of their wages.

• Any additional spend on the day will be subject to a 12.5% service charge.
